The therapist. Rivas holds a clinical license for bicultural and dual-language social worker. She has more than 13 years of experience working with non-profit organizations. She has worked in variety of settings, including working with LGBTQ+ individuals, people suffering from addiction issues and survivors of sexual assault, and partners who have been sexually assaulted. She has been working with Ms. Rivas serves Erie Patients since 2019. Currently offering telehealth Behavioral Health services. Dr. Rivas, who is an active member of the Behavioral Health Perinatal team that works with post-partum and prenatal mothers, offers trauma-informed therapy to adult patients and is an expert in trauma-related care. Additionally, she offers Group and Individual Therapy and Medication-Assisted Treatment programs, Referrals to Specialty Care Women's Support group. Amanda also volunteers at Best Friends Animal Society, aiding homeless animals to find permanent new homes.
